Airport pickup

Kigali International Airport (KGL) sits roughly 10-12 km from the city centre, commonly a 15-25 minute drive, depending on traffic and your destination (confirm timing for your arrival). Arranging a pickup in advance means a driver is waiting at arrivals instead of queueing on landing.

Getting around Kigali

For conference trips, a private driver for the day or for set transfers is usually the simplest option, venue runs, meetings, dinners and the airport, all on your schedule. We review availability and confirm the driver and price manually.

Where to stay

Options range from hotels near your venue to furnished apartments for longer stays and corporate housing for visiting teams. The right choice depends on your group size and how many nights you are in town.

Kigali Convention Centre basics
